Neflin is a personalized daily outfit recording and management tool focusing on clothing style recording. The core service allows users to upload clothing and outfit photos, record matching details, dressing feelings and related personalized content, and build exclusive private outfit archives. Users can check their daily dressing records at any time to sort out personal dressing styles and accumulate exclusive matching inspiration. All recording behaviors of users are limited to personal non-commercial private use. This app does not target minors, and we will not knowingly collect any data from underage users.

3. Scope of User Data Processing

We strictly abide by the data minimization principle and only process necessary data to support the core outfit recording function. The user data processed by the app includes outfit photos actively uploaded by users and all text content independently edited and recorded by users. All content is only used for generating, saving and displaying personal outfit records within the local application, without any irrelevant data mining and analysis.

To maintain the stable operation of the application, fix potential program bugs and optimize user interaction experience, the app will collect anonymous non-identifiable device operation logs. Such data cannot locate any individual user, does not contain users’ private dressing record content, and will never be used for user portrait construction, commercial analysis and other extended purposes.

4. Legal Purpose of Data Usage

All processed user data is only used to realize, maintain and optimize Neflin’s core outfit recording services, including supporting local uploading of outfit photos, saving personalized dressing record text, optimizing app running fluency and display effect of record content. We promise not to abuse user data in any form. We will never use users’ uploaded outfit photos, personal dressing records and device data for commercial promotion, targeted advertising, data trading, market research and any other non-service commercial behaviors.

5. Local Storage & User Data Control Rights

All outfit photo uploading, text record editing and content saving operations of Neflin are completed locally on the user’s mobile device. The application has no automatic cloud upload, remote server storage, background synchronization and automatic backup functions. All users’ outfit pictures and personalized dressing record data are only stored in the user’s local device storage space.

Users enjoy complete ownership, management rights and control rights of all personal dressing records and uploaded images. You can view, edit, sort and delete local outfit records and photos at any time, and independently clean up app cache data. Without explicit authorization from users, the platform and any third-party institutions have no right to access, modify or obtain users’ private dressing data.

6. Third-Party Data Isolation & Non-Disclosure Rules

Neflin adopts a strict full-link privacy isolation mechanism. The application does not integrate any third-party data tracking SDKs, advertising plugins, statistical analysis tools and external data collection components. Under no circumstances will we share, transmit, rent, sell or disclose users’ private outfit photos, dressing record content and usage data to any third-party individuals, enterprises and institutions. Users’ private data is completely isolated from external access risks.

We adopt industry-standard technical protection measures to build a secure local data processing environment for users. During the whole process of photo uploading and dressing record editing, the app will not actively identify, extract or analyze users’ sensitive personal privacy information. All data processing procedures are transparent, standardized and compliant, without hidden collection, unauthorized scanning and illegal misuse of user private content.
